Learn to perform an aromatherapy massage technique from scratch in one day: the original theory from the method's creator + 5 hours of in-person practice at MAWS under an aromatherapist's supervision. No massage experience required.
AromaTouch® is a structured aromatherapy massage technique that brings together 8 essential oils, scent and gentle rhythmic touch.
The oils are applied to the back and feet in a set sequence and combined with specially designed movements.
The main advantage of AromaTouch® is that this technique can be learned even if you have never done massage before. After the theoretical preparation and in-person practice you will be able to perform the full protocol with your own hands.
The skill you gain can be used for your partner and loved ones or, with the appropriate professional training, integrated into your wellness practice.
AromaTouch® brings together several sensory tools at once:
As a result, scent, touch and rhythm come together into a whole ritual of relaxation and care.
8 essential oils. One sequence. One whole ritual. The original AromaTouch® protocol uses Balance®, Lavender, Tea Tree, On Guard®, AromaTouch®, Deep Blue®, Wild Orange and Peppermint. On the training you study the place of each oil in the original protocol, the sequence of application and the main rules of safe use.
All 8 oils are already included in the course price. You do not need to search for and buy the oils yourself: in practice you work with the original doTERRA® essential oils, and after the course the kit stays with you so that you can continue practising straight away.
Why can this be learned in one day? AromaTouch® is not a professional massage course, but one specific structured technique. You do not need to study the anatomy of the whole body or master dozens of massage techniques. You study one protocol: 8 oils → a set sequence → specific movements → the back and feet. You complete the theoretical preparation online in advance, so the 5 hours of in-person training are devoted almost entirely to hand placement and practice. That is precisely why no previous massage experience is required.
Original theory → demonstration → hands-on practice → the instructor's supervision → a skill that stays with you.
The main result of the training is that you will be able to perform the full AromaTouch® protocol from start to finish on your own. You will learn to:
You leave the course not simply with knowledge about the technique. You have already performed it with your own hands under the instructor's supervision.
You have never done massage before but want to gain a concrete practical skill. In one day you will not simply learn about AromaTouch® — you will perform the full protocol yourself under the instructor's guidance.
Learn to give a relaxing aromatherapy procedure for your partner and adult family members. Instead of the usual "get some rest" — a concrete way to show you care. The skill stays with you, and you can return to it again and again.
Sometimes closeness is not a conversation, but the chance to put the phone down, pause and give another person your time and attention. AromaTouch® can become your shared ritual — a way to be together after a busy day and show you care through touch.
If you already work with clients, AromaTouch® lets you add a structured aromatherapy technique with 8 essential oils to your practice — taking into account your qualification, professional insurance and local requirements.

Yes. No previous massage experience is required to train in AromaTouch®. You study one specific technique with a set sequence of oils and movements. You complete the theoretical part online in advance, and at the in-person session at MAWS you practise the whole protocol with your own hands under the instructor's supervision.
Yes. AromaTouch® is not a full professional massage course, but one structured technique. The theory is studied online in advance, and the in-person training includes 5 hours of practice. During this time the instructor demonstrates the protocol, after which you practise the movements on the back and feet on your own under supervision.
Classic massage involves studying anatomy, various massage techniques and methods of working with the body's tissues. AromaTouch® is a ready protocol in which gentle movements are combined with the sequential application of 8 essential oils. So no prior massage training is required to master AromaTouch®.
In an aromatherapy massage the specialist can select the essential oils and massage techniques depending on the aim of the procedure. AromaTouch® has a pre-designed protocol: a set of 8 essential oils, the sequence of their application and specific movements on the back and feet.
The training takes place in a hybrid format. First you study the theoretical part online, recorded, with the developer of the AromaTouch® Technique, Dr David K. Hill. Then you come to the in-person practical session at the Mediterranean Academy of Wellness Sciences (MAWS) in Limassol. The practice lasts 5 hours and takes place under the instructor's supervision.
The original AromaTouch® protocol uses 8 doTERRA® essential oils and blends: Balance®, Lavender, Tea Tree, On Guard®, AromaTouch®, Deep Blue®, Wild Orange and Peppermint. On the course you study their sequence in the protocol and the main rules of safe use.
Yes. A kit of 8 original doTERRA® essential oils needed to perform the AromaTouch® protocol is included in the training price. You use the oils during the practical session, and after the course the kit stays with you so that you can continue practising on your own.
