1. Введение

Настоящие Условия использования («Условия») регулируют использование веб-сайта maws-academy.com («Сайт»), управляемого компанией I.O. Holistic Wellness and Coaching Training Ltd, действующей под торговым наименованием Mediterranean Academy of Wellness Sciences («MAWS», «Академия», «мы», «нас», «наш»), зарегистрированной на Кипре под регистрационным номером HE463051, с юридическим адресом: 7 Etnas Street, Sphera Block B, Office 203, Limassol 3118, Agia Fyla, Cyprus.

2. Определения

3.1 Сайт предоставляется в информационных целях, для продвижения курсов и услуг Академии, а также для обеспечения связи между Академией и потенциальными или действующими студентами.

3.2 Вы обязуетесь использовать Сайт только в законных целях и таким образом, который не нарушает права других лиц и не ограничивает их возможность пользоваться Сайтом.

3.3 Запрещается:

Использовать Сайт в нарушение применимого местного, национального или европейского законодательства;
Пытаться получить несанкционированный доступ к Сайту, серверам или связанным базам данных;
Внедрять вирусы, трояны, черви или иное вредоносное программное обеспечение;
Использовать автоматизированные системы (боты, парсеры) без предварительного письменного согласия;

4. Информация о курсах и зачисление

4.1 Сайт содержит описания курсов и услуг Академии. Несмотря на все усилия по обеспечению точности, детали курсов (включая содержание, расписание, продолжительность и стоимость) могут быть изменены без предварительного уведомления.

4.2 Информация на Сайте не является договорной офертой. Обязывающее соглашение о зачислении на курс возникает только при подписании отдельного Договора студента.

4.3 Академия оставляет за собой право изменить, перенести или отменить любой курс. В случае отмены курса Академией студентам будет предложена альтернативная дата или полный возврат средств в соответствии с Политикой возврата Академии.

5. Интеллектуальная собственность

5.1 Весь Контент Сайта — включая тексты, графику, логотипы, значки, изображения, аудио- и видеоклипы, описания курсов, учебные программы, методики преподавания и программное обеспечение — является собственностью I.O. Holistic Wellness and Coaching Training Ltd или её поставщиков контента и защищён кипрским и международным законодательством об авторском праве, товарных знаках и иной интеллектуальной собственности.

5.2 Название MAWS, логотип и все связанные обозначения являются товарными знаками I.O. Holistic Wellness and Coaching Training Ltd. Использование этих обозначений без предварительного письменного согласия запрещено.

5.3 Вы вправе просматривать, загружать и распечатывать страницы Сайта для личного некоммерческого использования при условии сохранения всех уведомлений об авторских правах.

5.4 Несанкционированное использование Контента может повлечь гражданско-правовую ответственность и/или уголовное преследование в соответствии с Законом об авторском праве Кипра (Cap. 59).

10. Ограничение ответственности

10.1 В максимальной степени, допустимой законодательством Республики Кипр:

Академия не несёт ответственности за косвенные, случайные, особые или штрафные убытки;
Совокупная ответственность Академии не превышает 100 евро или сумму, уплаченную вами за последние 12 месяцев.

10.2 Информация на Сайте, включая описания курсов и материалы о здоровье, носит общеинформационный характер и не является профессиональной медицинской, юридической или финансовой консультацией.

11. Пользовательские материалы

11.1 Если вы отправляете контент на Сайт (отзывы, рецензии, обратную связь), вы предоставляете Академии неисключительную, всемирную, безвозмездную, бессрочную лицензию на использование, воспроизведение, модификацию и отображение такого контента.

12. Возмещение убытков

14.2 Любые споры подлежат исключительной юрисдикции судов города Лимассол, Кипр, без ущерба для ваших прав в соответствии с применимым законодательством ЕС о защите прав потребителей обращаться в суды по месту вашего проживания.

15. Делимость положений

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website maws-academy.com (“Website”), operated by I.O. Holistic Wellness and Coaching Training Ltd, trading as Mediterranean Academy of Wellness Sciences (“MAWS”, “Academy”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE463051, with its registered office at 7 Etnas Street, Sphera Block B, Office 203, Limassol 3118, Agia Fyla, Cyprus.

Holistic Wellness and Coaching Training Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Cyprus and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 The MAWS name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of I.O. Holistic Wellness and Coaching Training Ltd. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.
