1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website maws-academy.com ("Website"), operated by I.O. Holistic Wellness and Coaching Training Ltd, trading as Mediterranean Academy of Wellness Sciences ("MAWS", "Academy", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE463051, with its registered office at 7 Etnas Street, Sphera Block B, Office 203, Limassol 3118, Agia Fyla, Cyprus.
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the applicable European Union regulations, including but not limited to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) as implemented by Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018 and Consumer Protection Law 112(I)/2021.

4.2 Information provided on the Website does not constitute a contractual offer. A binding agreement for course enrolment is formed only upon execution of a separate Student Agreement between you and the Academy.
4.3 The Academy reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any course. In the event of cancellation by the Academy, students will be offered an alternative date or a full refund in accordance with the Academy's Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All Content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, course descriptions, curricula, teaching methodologies, and software — is the property of I.O. Holistic Wellness and Coaching Training Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Cyprus and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 The MAWS name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of I.O. Holistic Wellness and Coaching Training Ltd. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.
5.3 You may view, download, and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
5.4 Any unauthorised use of the Content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under the Cyprus Copyright Law (Cap. 59) and related legislation.

1. Введение
Настоящие Условия использования («Условия») регулируют использование веб-сайта maws-academy.com («Сайт»), управляемого компанией I.O. 4.2 Информация на Сайте не является договорной офертой. Обязывающее соглашение о зачислении на курс возникает только при подписании отдельного Договора студента.
4.3 Академия оставляет за собой право изменить, перенести или отменить любой курс. В случае отмены курса Академией студентам будет предложена альтернативная дата или полный возврат средств в соответствии с Политикой возврата Академии.
5. Интеллектуальная собственность
5.1 Весь Контент Сайта — включая тексты, графику, логотипы, значки, изображения, аудио- и видеоклипы, описания курсов, учебные программы, методики преподавания и программное обеспечение — является собственностью I.O. Holistic Wellness and Coaching Training Ltd или её поставщиков контента и защищён кипрским и международным законодательством об авторском праве, товарных знаках и иной интеллектуальной собственности.
5.2 Название MAWS, логотип и все связанные обозначения являются товарными знаками I.O. Holistic Wellness and Coaching Training Ltd. Использование этих обозначений без предварительного письменного согласия запрещено.
5.3 Вы вправе просматривать, загружать и распечатывать страницы Сайта для личного некоммерческого использования при условии сохранения всех уведомлений об авторских правах.
